Fusion Recruiters is partnering with an end-to-end industrial lifting solution company to find talented professionals for the role of Estimator in Neenah, Wi.

As a key contributor to the organization, you will be responsible for generating quotes for overhead cranes and other lifting equipment maintenance and repairs needed after compliance inspections at customer sites. The ideal candidate will work with service and sales department staff to develop, maintain, and promote an effective working relationship to provide customers with solutions with a commitment to ethical standards, effective communication, and building strong interpersonal relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate quotes for maintenance and repairs during inspections in industries such as government, construction, paper, tissue, machine shops, and manufacturing.
• Research materials needed to complete repairs and maintenance.
• Work collaboratively with Service and Sales department to support customer’s crane safety and compliance.
• Read electrical and mechanical prints & schematics with proven proficiency in the use of a personal computer and a strong aptitude for computer applications (Microsoft Office suite, Sage 100 ERP, etc.)
• Provide effective communication, problem solving, and relationships through a professional image and a strong commitment to customer service.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Experience: Three (3) years of relevant sales and industry experience and associate’s degree in sales or related field preferred.
• Technical Skills: Understanding of codes and governing bodies related to overhead lifting. Ability to read electrical and mechanical prints & schematics.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: A track record of solving challenges at the customer’s site and within the organization.
• Team Player: Able to develop effective and productive working relationships with sales, service, and production staffs and our clients through strong communication interpersonal relationship building skills.
