Fusion Recruiters is excited to partner with our client in search of a proactive and hands-on HRIS Manager to oversee and optimize their Ceridian Dayforce platform. This role is ideal for someone who loves improving systems, streamlining processes, and collaborating across departments to enhance team member experience. You’ll translate business and HR needs into system solutions that support a global workforce, from automating workflows and integrating acquisitions to maintaining data integrity and compliance.
What you will do:
- Partner with HR, IT, Finance, and business leaders to gather requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Lead HRIS projects, set priorities, create timelines, and communicate deliverables clearly.
- Collaborate with the HRIS Analyst to build and document processes that ensure data accuracy and security.
- Configure, launch, and support system functions including org structure, workflows, forms, and entitlements.
- Integrate HRIS for new acquisitions, including payroll, benefits, and timekeeping transitions.
- Maintain system connectivity and data flow between HRIS and other enterprise tools.
- Troubleshoot system issues, optimize performance, and ensure data security compliance.
- Generate and analyze reports to identify trends and provide strategic insights to leadership.
What you will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of HRIS experience and experience leading a team.
- Strong project management and collaboration skills.
- Experience integrating systems and automating manual processes.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
