As the Head of Operations, you’ll play a key role in leading operational excellence and shaping strategic initiatives. You’ll report to the CEO and lead a team of 3 managers with oversight of employees across multiple functions, including Program Management, Strategy, Software Development/Technology, and Call Center Operations. You will have the opportunity to influence organizational growth and develop strategies that drive measurable results.

What You’ll Do

• Translate company goals into clear operational plans, priorities, and performance expectations.
• Drive organizational alignment by ensuring teams understand objectives, timelines, and accountability.
• Strengthen leadership capabilities through coaching, consistent expectations, and performance management.
• Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Evaluate and enhance operational processes, workflows, and cross-functional coordination.
• Learn new software quickly and champion technology-driven solutions.
• Play a key leadership role in designing and operationalizing a new data and technology platform.

What You’ll Bring

• 15 years of total professional experience, with over 7-10 years leading teams and managers.
• Bachelor's degree is required; Master's or MBA is preferred.
• Proven success in service-based, technology, or highly regulated industries.
• Experience in building structure, systems, and processes for organizations moving from early stage to scale.
• Strong technology aptitude and comfort working with data, metrics, and productivity tools.
