We’re excited to support a highly respected, multi-state farm & ranch retailer in their search for a transformational Vice President of Marketing to join their leadership team in the Pacific Northwest.
*This is a hybrid position with ~3 days in office. Candidates should reside within commuting distance or be open to relocation.

As the Vice President of Marketing, you’ll serve as the company’s chief marketing strategist and a key member of the senior leadership team. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead the organization’s marketing vision, drive customer growth and loyalty, and help guide a significant transformation toward a more digital, omni-channel future. This is an opportunity to influence enterprise-wide strategy while partnering closely with Operations, Merchandising, Finance, and Human Resources to support long-term business growth.

What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value
- Lead the organization’s transition from a traditionally print-focused marketing model to a more digital-forward, omni-channel approach
- Oversee brand strategy, customer experience, loyalty programs, digital marketing, e-commerce partnerships, and promotional initiatives
- Partner closely with Merchandising, Operations, Finance, and HR to align marketing investments with business priorities and growth objectives
- Lead and develop a high-performing marketing organization, including oversight of Marketing Operations and E-Commerce leadership
- Strengthen marketing analytics, customer insights, and performance measurement capabilities to drive data-informed decision making
- Manage agency, vendor, and partner relationships to maximize marketing effectiveness and return on investment
- Champion innovation and change management efforts while building alignment and confidence across the organization
What You'll Bring
- Proven executive-level marketing leadership experience within multi-site retail or consumer-focused organizations
- Strong background in omni-channel marketing, customer acquisition, loyalty strategy, and brand development
- Experience leading organizational transformation and successfully driving change within evolving business environments
- Demonstrated ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution and operational excellence
- Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging customer insights and marketing performance data to drive results
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to influence across functions and align stakeholders around common goals
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred; MBA a plus
Preferred Experience
- Experience within farm & ranch retail, agriculture, outdoor, home improvement, rural lifestyle, or adjacent consumer-focused industries
- Familiarity with multi-state retail operations and Pacific Northwest consumer markets
- Experience overseeing or partnering closely with e-commerce functions and omni-channel growth initiatives
- Exposure to buy-online-pickup-in-store (BOPIS), digital customer acquisition, and integrated retail customer experiences
- Experience managing co-op marketing programs, vendor-funded marketing initiatives, or collaborative partner marketing models
