Senior HR Business Partner – Technology
Milwaukee, WI | Hybrid (3–4 Days Onsite)
Fusion Recruiters has been retained by an innovative leader within the healthcare technology and services industry to identify a Senior HR Business Partner who will serve as a strategic advisor to executive Technology leadership.
This organization is undergoing significant transformation as it continues to expand its technology capabilities and modernize the way it serves its customers. The successful candidate will partner directly with executive leaders to shape workforce strategy, organizational design, leadership capability, and succession planning while helping the business navigate continued growth and change.
This is not a traditional HR Business Partner role. The organization is seeking someone who enjoys building strategy but is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves to execute it.

- Enjoy partnering directly with executive leadership on business and talent strategy.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including executive-level HR Business Partner responsibilities.
- Experience supporting Technology, Engineering, Product, Digital, or similar technical organizations.
- Demonstrated success partnering with executive leadership teams.
- Experience leading organizational change, workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management initiatives.
- Ability to work onsite in the Milwaukee area 3–4 days per week.
- Exposure to organizations undergoing technology or digital transformation.
