<li>Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.</li>
<li>Partner with Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Supply Chain to resolve production challenges.</li>
<li>Monitor production performance, identify improvement opportunities, and communicate operational results to leadership.</li>

<li>3+ years of manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience.</li>

<li>Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems.</li>
